DONGGUAN ZUYA BAGS&LEATHER CO.,LTD. is located in Room 12, 1st floor, Xiaolinghai Industrial Zone, Liaobo Town, Dongguan City. With more than ten years of development, we have already become a large scale enterprise in the leather products industry in Guangdong Province. （We are a company that is able to provide quality, cost, delivery, and service to meet the needs of our customers.) Our company was established in 2009 and changed its name to the current one in 2015. We have about 80 employees and are capable of producing various kinds of leather cases, book covers, card holders, wallets, key cases, cosmetic pouches, accessory pouches, bags, and so on. We can also adopt special made-to-order materials such as genuine leather, artificial leather, and general fabrics. We are capable of manufacturing small to large orders, with a monthly production capacity of over 100,000 pieces, and have the capacity to fully satisfy Q, C, and D customer requirements.
What We Do
The factory is equipped with advanced production equipment, such as: 10 leather shoveling machines, 6 cutting machines, 20 sewing machines, 10 computer-controlled sewing machines, 7 foil stamping machines, 1 needle inspection machine, and an X-Ray machine. In addition, we have all automated equipment. For example, we have an automatic fastener machine, an automatic folding machine, an automatic cut band machine, an automatic glue spraying machine, and so on.
With a management philosophy of “Practice, Innovation, Development, and Advancement,” we have a highly qualified team and can provide solutions to meet various customer requirements. Currently, our main customers are in Japan, Europe, the United States, and other countries and regions. In the Japanese market, we have more than 60% of the total market share. In 2017, our Dongguan factory obtained FAMA. Furthermore, in 2018, our factory in Yunnan Province passed the factory audit of Disneyland Japan and also obtained the Disney license FAMA.
